Ranking Requirements
1)-Be active in the group.
2)-Participate in Stationary drills, trainings, and patrols when held.
3)-Be kind and respectful to others.
4)-Salute and obey lawful orders from superiors.
5)-RP to the best of your ability at all times while IC
6)-Limited OOC, take it in IM's
7)-Information attached to the ranks below will also determine promotion eligibility
-Times for promotions that are listed below can be waived on CERTAIN occasions if approved by the clone council.
9)-Follow the proper Customs and Courtesies

Information
-Promotion times below are ONLY the minimum requirement suggestion and depending on individual readiness and activity, times may exeed the requirement.
-Any rank CPL+ Can Hold training exercises for troopers below them.
-When on duty at base, if there is no Commanding Officer present, the next highest ranking official will be in charge until the arrival of a Commanding Officer/NCO. So if there are 6 PVTs, and 1 CPL, that one CPL will be in charge and held responsible for any miss-haps and keeping the men in line. The only special ability they are given is to Train. Otherwise, depending on your rank, you may only act in the boundaries of what is given standardly.
-If there is confusion or any problems amongst the ranks report it to an Officer or create a note card.
-Returning members of GAR may be able to get promotions waived until they reach their previous rank held ONLY if able to provide valid reasoning and were in previous good standing, All returning members should IM a council member to discuss their personal situation.
** SGT ranks can command small squads ( 2-4 soldiers ) but must fill out a Squad Form. The form must be complete for Approval. **PLEASE NOTE -- A SGT cannot recruit a member into his squad if he/she is of higher ranking. They can only recruit members of the same rank, and below. Trainees cannot be recruited by SGTs. **
**Squads will not have any actual official standing in the structure and leaders and other members of the squad will have no authority/importance to non squad members/other squads.
**No Squad specific armor attachments, but a decal is permitted if approved.
**Any Squad could be dissolved by a ARC+ if it caused any issues. (Elitism, Bragging....etc.)

Structure/Ranks
1) ------------Trainee------------
Beginning Rank: Everyone new to the Grand Army must start at the trainee level, and are required to wear their standard issued uniform, skin, and shape. During combat, under the command of an officer, trainees may be allowed to either enter the battle, or will have to remain at the Academy. There is no minimum time period as a trainee, time depends entirely on your activity and basic training completion, Trainees are fresh troopers who have been ICly training as a clone trooper for 10 Years, they start at the age of 20(Human).
2) ------------Ranks--------------
Private-(PVT): After the trainee has completed Basic Training and proven worthy and mature they will receive the rank of Private.Their proper gear will be given to them.
Lance Corporal-(LCPL): Should a PVT deem a combat-worthy soldier, an Officer can make the choice to promote the PVT up to LCPL, which will grant them a command status over PVTs should a higher ranking officer NOT be present. 4 Week minimum time as a PVT is Required.
Corporal-(CPL): Should a LCPL show his/her prowess of being able to handle their weapons and self with high efficiency, along with being able to remain cool, and to take up a leadership role, a Officer can promote them to CPL, they will assist SGTs with leadership responsibilities. Corporals will have the ability to join the Training Corps as a Cadet Instructor 8 Week minimum time as a LCPL is Required.
Sergeant-(SGT): Should a CPL prove to be a note worthy leader, and go above and beyond the average CPL, a commanding officer can promote them to SGT, which will grant them the ability to form a squad of two (2) and guide all troopers below them. 16 Weeks as a CPL is Required, but can be waived at 12 weeks with outstanding performance.
Staff Sergeant-(SSG): Should a SGT prove is worth far beyond the expectations of all other troopers, Commanding Officers can promote them to SSG. They will be able to expand their squad to 4 people. 14 Weeks as a SGT is Required.
Lieutenant-(LT): After serving as a SSG for a period of 20 weeks, a Commanding Officer (CPT+) may inform the clone council of the SSG to receive approval of Officer Training through the Training Corps, if training is completed they will be granted rank after a successful probationary stage. As a Officer, they will be responsible for maintaining order and discipline of their lower ranking counterparts. They will also be able to promote (with other approvals) PVTs-LCPL, and LCPL-CPL.
Captain-(CPT): After serving as a LT for 24 weeks, a Commanding Officer (MAJ+) may suggest the LTs standing to the clone council, after the Commanding Officer and Council discuss, the LT may be eligible for Promotion to CPT. They will be responsible for maintaining order and discipline of LTs and all below them. They will also able to promote (with other approvals) PVT-LCPL, LCPL-CPL, CPL-SGT, SGT-SSG.
(ARC Trooper) Major-(MAJ): After serving as a CPT for 32 weeks, a Shock trooper with approval from the rest of the Council may promote them to ARC/MAJ. They will be responsible for maintaining order and discipline of CPTs and all below them. They will also able to promote (with other approvals) PVT-LCPL, LCPL-CPL, CPL-SGT, SGT-SSG, SSG-LT, LT-CPT.
(Shock Trooper) General-(GEN): Shock Troopers are members of the clone council, a council which decides on important issues within GAR, they are appointed by other clone council members and the commanders via a group nomination and council vote.
There can be no more then Five(5) Shock Troopers at a Time.
Commander-(COMM): The Commander holds complete power over GAR.
